Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and sustainability? Our 6-month Sales Internship is the perfect opportunity to dive into the booming renewable energy industry. You’ll work alongside our experienced sales team, gain hands-on experience in the solar market, and learn the skills needed to become a top-performing sales professional. 

This is not a coffee-fetching internship. It’s a challenging, rewarding role designed to give you real-world experience and direct access to the business of solar. Your performance directly impacts your earnings, giving you a taste of a true sales career. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential residential and commercial customers for solar solutions. 
  • Customer Engagement: Learn to conduct initial consultations, understand customer needs, and pitch the benefits of solar energy. 
  • Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team with presentations, proposal creation, and follow-ups. 
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities to help our team stay ahead. 
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize our CRM tools to track your leads and sales activities. 

What We’re Looking For

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 
  2. A strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector. 
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  4. A proactive attitude and a high level of self-motivation. 
  5. Comfortable with targets and a drive to succeed in a performance-based role. 
  6. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
